In this matter I acted for a national demolition contractor against tier one national builder who was drastically behind time in its contract and refused to pay the client. The builder alleged set off and liquidated damages in circumstances of principal caused delay. The builder also alleged my client cause significant damage to this heritage building. I assisted my client to draft all of the necessary notices and brought a claim in my clients favour.  I successfully defended my client and protect it from being sued and recovered the outstanding payments for the client.  I am particularly proud of this matter because I defeated a tier one national builder and it’s legal representatives and preserved my clients interests.
